30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied with your chicken leg socks for any reason, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Items eligible for return:
- Unworn socks in original condition
- Items with original packaging (if applicable)
- Products returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Defective or damaged items (no time limit)
Items NOT eligible for return:
- Socks that have been worn or washed
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Products returned after 30 days (except for defective items)
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Contact Us: Email us through our contact form or reach out via our customer service.
- Provide Order Information: Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Instructions: We’ll send you return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original condition.
- Ship It Back: Send the item to our return address using the provided instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Recommended Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
- Lost Returns: We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees.
REFUND PROCESS

Refund Amount:
- Full product price refunded for eligible returns.

EXCHANGES
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or replace a defective item:
- Return your original item following our return process.
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
- We’ll process your refund and new order separately.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label.
- Full refund including original shipping will be provided.
- No time limit on returns for defective items.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

- Contact your bank again if needed.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us immediately.
FRAUD PROTECTION
To prevent return fraud:
